- Device defects (DoA replacement) — 7-day window from delivery. Include the order number plus a short note describing the issue.
- Authenticity verification — use /verify-product/ first; we reply within 24 hours if the scratch-off code reads invalid.
- Refunds & returns — defective devices replaced within 14 days; unopened products returnable within 30 days per our refund policy.
- Flavor recommendations — describe what you usually like (tropical fruit, dessert, mint, ice) and we'll suggest one of the 12 zodiac flavors.

All US orders ship from our Corona, CA warehouse at 2450 Wardlow Rd, Corona, CA 92882. Same-day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2 PM PT on weekdays. Most US addresses receive delivery in 3–5 business days. Walk-in pickup is not available — the warehouse is a fulfillment facility, not a retail storefront.
