How to Use the Geek Bar Meloso 30K
Setup, first draw, reading the 3D zodiac display, charging, and disposal — the full lifecycle of your Meloso 30K in six steps.
Step-by-Step Setup
- Verify authenticity first — scratch the silver panel on the side of the box and enter the revealed code at /verify-product/.
- Remove the silicone seals — one on the mouthpiece, one on the bottom airflow port. Discard both responsibly.
- Take a light first draw — the 3D zodiac smart display lights up to confirm activation. The Meloso 30K is draw-activated; there are no buttons.
- Read the zodiac display for battery state — full brightness = full charge; dim animation = below 20% battery, time to recharge.
- Charge via USB-C — plug a standard USB-C cable into the bottom-edge port. Full recharge from low to 100% in about 47 minutes on a 5V/2A wall brick.
- End-of-life disposal — do not toss in household trash. Lithium-cell devices should go to a battery recycling drop-off per the EPA used-lithium-ion battery program.
Standard vs Pulse Mode
Meloso 30K offers two draw modes. In Standard, the dual mesh coils run at a moderate temperature for a smoother throat hit and stretch e-liquid life out to roughly 30,000 puffs. In Pulse mode, the coils run hotter for a more intense draw — flavor and vapor get punchier, but total puff count drops to about 15,000.
Mode switching is handled by the device automatically based on draw intensity — there's no manual toggle.
Travel & Air Transport
For air travel, the Meloso 30K's internal lithium cell must travel in carry-on luggage only, not checked baggage — see the FAA PackSafe lithium-battery guidance. Power off and seal the mouthpiece before going through TSA screening.
