Enter your order number plus the email or phone you used at checkout. We'll surface the current status, the carrier tracking number, and an estimated delivery date.

If You Didn't Receive an Email Confirmation

Order confirmations are emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check the spam folder for a sender at noreply@melosovapes.com or orders@melosovapes.com. Tracking numbers arrive in a second email when the carrier scans the package — usually within 24 hours of placing the order.

If a tracking number hasn't moved for 72 hours, email service@melosovapes.com with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation.
