Refund & Returns Policy
Two windows: a 7-day DoA replacement for defective devices, and a 30-day return on unopened product. Below is what qualifies, what doesn't, and how to start a claim.
7-Day DoA (Defective on Arrival) Replacement
If a Meloso 30K arrives unable to power on, leaks, or fails authenticity verification, we replace it free of charge. To qualify:
- Contact service@melosovapes.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number plus a 5–15 second video of the issue (device not lighting up, leak, error pattern, etc.).
- If applicable, attach a photo of the scratch-off code and the result page from /verify-product/.
Once verified, a replacement ships the same business day from Corona, CA. We do not require return of the defective unit for case-quantity orders.
30-Day Return on Unopened Product
Sealed devices in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less an 8% restocking fee. To qualify:
- The factory seal on the box must be intact — the device must not have been activated.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Use a trackable service.
- Refunds post within 3–5 business days of warehouse receipt.
Not Eligible for Return
- Devices with the factory seal broken, or any sign of activation.
- Devices physically damaged after delivery (drops, water exposure outside normal use).
- Final-sale promotional or clearance items where marked at purchase.
- "Wrong flavor chosen" requests — we recommend reading the flavor descriptions or contacting us before ordering if unsure.
How to Start a Claim
- Email service@melosovapes.com with subject
Return — Order #. - Include order number, the reason, and any photo/video evidence for defective claims.
- For 30-day returns we send a return shipping label only on our error; otherwise the buyer ships back.
- Refunds process within 3–5 business days of approval; replacements ship the same business day.
