Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2 PM PT on weekdays (Mon–Fri).
  • Orders received after 2 PM PT or on weekends ship the next business day.
  • Holidays follow the US federal calendar. Seasonal cutoff notices are posted on the homepage when relevant.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If a tracking number hasn't moved for 72 hours, or a package shows as delivered but you don't have it, email service@melosovapes.com with your order number. We open a carrier investigation and either re-ship or refund once the carrier confirms the loss. Damaged units fall under our refund & returns policy; please attach a photo to your support email.
