How, When & Where We Ship
Same-day dispatch on weekday orders, US-wide ground delivery in 3–5 business days, free over $80, Cash on Delivery payment with the carrier at the door.
Processing & Dispatch
- Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2 PM PT on weekdays (Mon–Fri).
- Orders received after 2 PM PT or on weekends ship the next business day.
- Holidays follow the US federal calendar. Seasonal cutoff notices are posted on the homepage when relevant.

Delivery Times by Region
Delivery times reflect carrier transit only and exclude the order processing window. Tracking links arrive by email as soon as the carrier scans the package.
Shipping Cost & Payment
- Free shipping on orders over $80.
- Flat $8.99 standard shipping on orders under $80.
- Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD). No card or wallet data is collected at checkout — you pay the carrier on arrival.
- 21+ adult signature required at delivery per PACT Act rules. The carrier will request ID.

Meloso Vape shipments comply with the federal PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act) and US carrier rules for adult-signature delivery. For background on disposable-vape regulation, the FDA's ENDS regulation page is the current authoritative reference. For air travel with the Meloso 30K's lithium cell, follow the FAA PackSafe lithium-battery guidance — vape devices must travel in carry-on luggage, not checked baggage. End-of-life devices should be recycled per the EPA used-lithium-ion battery program.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If a tracking number hasn't moved for 72 hours, or a package shows as delivered but you don't have it, email service@melosovapes.com with your order number. We open a carrier investigation and either re-ship or refund once the carrier confirms the loss. Damaged units fall under our refund & returns policy; please attach a photo to your support email.
