MelosoVapes.com sells nicotine-containing products and is open to customers aged 21 or older in line with the US federal Tobacco 21 law. The site presents an age gate on first visit; clicking through confirms you meet the age requirement. The carrier additionally checks ID at delivery as required by the PACT Act.

2. Account & Order Information

You agree to provide accurate shipping, contact, and identity information. Orders with mismatched, fake, or undeliverable details may be cancelled and refunded. We may decline an order at our discretion — for example, if delivery to your address is restricted by state law.

3. Payment — Cash on Delivery

Meloso Vape currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You agree to pay the carrier on arrival in US dollars. Refused-on-delivery packages may be subject to a restocking fee per the refund & returns policy.

4. Product Use & Safety

  • Use the Geek Bar Meloso 30K as a sealed pre-filled closed-pod system only. Do not disassemble, refill, or modify the device.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets. Nicotine is poisonous if ingested.
  • Do not vape while charging. Use the included or equivalent USB-C cable.
  • Cease use immediately if you experience an allergic reaction, throat irritation that persists, or any other adverse effect, and consult a healthcare provider.

5. Refunds & Warranty

Refund eligibility, the 7-day DoA window, and the 30-day unopened return path are governed by our refund & returns policy. The warranty covers device defects only — it does not cover wear, mishandling, or expected end-of-life.

"Geek Bar" and "Meloso" are trademarks of Geek Bar's parent company; we use them as the authorized US online retailer for the Meloso line. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meloso Vape's liability for any claim related to a product, an order, or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless other law mandates otherwise.
