How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Order records: 7 years (US tax / PACT Act recordkeeping requirements).
  • Support tickets: 2 years after the ticket is closed.
  • Analytics: aggregated and anonymized; no individual session retained beyond 14 months.

Your Rights

Email service@melosovapes.com with subject Privacy Request to:

  • Access the personal information we have on file for your orders.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion (outside the records we are legally required to keep — see retention above).
  • Opt out of marketing emails (transactional order emails will continue).

We respond within 30 days. For state-specific rights (California CCPA / CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, etc.) include your state in the subject and we route to the right team.

Cookies & Tracking
