How long does shipping take?

Orders dispatch same day on weekdays from our Corona, CA warehouse. Most US addresses receive delivery in 3–5 business days under standard ground. Full details on /shipping-policy/.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash on Delivery (COD) only at this time. Pay the driver on arrival — no card or wallet data is collected at checkout.

Where does Meloso Vape ship from?

From our US warehouse at 2450 Wardlow Rd, Corona, CA 92882. We ship US-wide under PACT Act adult-signature delivery.

How do I track my order?

Open order tracking, enter your order number plus the email or phone you used at checkout, and you'll see the latest status and tracking link.

Setup & Charging

How do I activate the Meloso 30K for the first draw?

Remove the silicone seal from the mouthpiece and the bottom airflow port, then take a light first draw. The 3D zodiac display lights up to confirm activation. The device is draw-activated — no buttons. Full setup is on the instructions page.

How do I charge the device?

Use any standard USB-C cable into the bottom-edge port. Full recharge from low to 100% takes about 47 minutes on a 5V/2A wall brick. Zodiac display brightness reflects current state of charge.

Is the Meloso 30K refillable?

No. The Meloso 30K is a sealed pre-filled closed-pod system. Refilling, opening or modifying the device is not supported and voids the warranty.

Authenticity & Warranty

How do I verify my device is authentic?

Every Meloso 30K ships with a scratch-off authenticity code on the side panel of the box. Scratch the silver panel and enter the code on the /verify-product/ page to confirm.

What is the warranty?

Each device carries a 7-day DoA (dead-on-arrival) warranty. Contact service@melosovapes.com within 48 hours of delivery for free replacement on defective units. Unopened devices are returnable within 30 days under our refund policy.
